NC30 Automatic Die Cut Operator

Hartco Inc. is seeking a qualified person to fill the position of NC30 Automatic Die Cut Operator. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• No Experience Necessary will train the right person
• CNC Experience a real plus
• Basic computer skills and data entry
• Strong work history
• Self motivated
• Ability to lead others with confidence
• Detailed and able to follow process procedures

Responsibilities will include the following

• Ability to comprehend and following written instructions
• Operate NC30 Die Cut Machine
• Lead a crew of 3-5 people
• Ensure conformity of quality
• Meet daily production standards
